Ancestors unKnown is disrupting history education by introducing young people to family history research and other untold histories. To enhance school curriculum and ensure all students feel represented in their history lessons, Ancestors unKnown provides primary and secondary schools with lesson plans, workshops, and volunteer support. Combining identity development, genealogy research, and community engagement, this creative approach to the archives is changing the way young people learn about history, themselves, and the world around them.
